Hi,
I am using Free pdf library for .NET v3.2. Trying to print a PDF file.
When i print the PDF document, the Text fields are positioned differently(lower) then in the original document.
The objects(images) seem to stay correct thou.

PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
doc.LoadFromFile(BadgeFilePathName);
doc.PrinterName = _documentPrintSettings.PrinterSettings.PrinterName;

PrintDocument pdoc = doc.PrintDocument;
pdoc.Print();

I have attacked 2 files, the orginial.pdf and the result of how it is printed as printed.pdf.
The same issue happens when i Print to PDF file, and when i send it to a printer.

Hello,

Thanks for your posting and using our product.
I tested your document with the following code and Spire.Pdf 3.6.167.5040, and the file layout didn’t changed when printing the PDF. Please download the latest version and have a try. http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/downl ... t-now.html

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, but i´m using the free version of spire.pdf not the trial one, tried with free spire.pdfViewer also, same issue there.

Problem seems to be when using the method .print();
doc.LoadFromFile(FilePathName);
doc.Print();
.Print() Creates the wrong layout, does not matter if its printed on a printer or as a pdf file.
When flattening the PDF File to one layer, the former text objects gets placed lower then they originally were.

If i save the file as a new PDF directly after loading it, its saves it correctly. The text objects being still text objects.
doc.LoadFromFile(FilePathName);
doc.SaveToFile(FilePathSaveName);

Hello,

Thanks for your feedback.
Sorry that our free version of Spire.PDF indeed causes layout difference when print, but at present we don’t have the plan to maintain the free version, so I recommend you use the trial version.
If there is any question, welcome to get it back to us.

Sincerely,
Caroline
