Kid elements under fields

Hi,

we created an application that adds singature fields to existing pdfs. The modified pdfs will be used by an electronic signation system that our client uses.
This signation system cannot read the pdf because of the kid element under the signature field. We use the free version 4.3.1 but we will buy a license if we solve that issue.
Is there any way to prevent creating the kid element under the field?

Hi John,

Thank you for your inquiry.
Since the free version has some limitations, I suggest that you first try our latest hotfix Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:5.1.4 which has a better performance. If the issue still exists, kindly provide your sample code as well as the PDF document to help us look into the case.
