"Key cannot be null" during pdf/A conversion (linux)

Hi,

i am trying to convert a pdf1.4 file to pdf/a-1b with Spire.PDF for Java. I use the class "com.spire.pdf.conversion.PdfStandardsConverter" with method ".toPdfA1B(outFile)".

On MS Windows it converts just fine. On a linux machine i get this error:

Any idea what the problem might be?

I simulated a PDF v1.4 file, and converted it to PDF/A-1B with the latest Spire.PDF for Java Version:4.6.8 on Linux, but I did not reproduce your issue. If you are using an older version, please download the latest version and try it again.

Hello,

we are actually using the free version, Spire.Pdf-FE_4.4.1. Should this work the same as 4.6.8 or is there a difference as the versioning does suggest?

Hi, i tried it again with the trial version of SPIRE.PDF for Java 4.6.8 - almost exactly the same error:

Thanks for providing your file via email.
I tested your file in Linux environment but still did not reproduce your issue. I have sent you my executable .jar file via email, please run it directly on your side to see if the issue occurs.
Besides, kindly note that when using our Spire.PDF to operate PDF files and convert PDF to PDF/A-1B, you need to install all fonts used in the PDF file. Please make sure you have installed the corresponding fonts in your Linux.
If the issue persists, please tell us your OS information (e.g. Centos7, 64bit) for further investigation.
