Issue with loading PDF

Hi,

We have started to use the Spire PDF reader and so far most files have been read successfully. However, with the PDF files from one particular source, all we receive is an exception;

"Input string was not in a correct format."

This occurs for all their files.

The previous PDF reader we used handles these file correctly, but the licence model was unsatisfactory hence the adoption of Spire PDF.

This is the version we are currently using as found in our licence file.

Product: Spire.PDF Pro Edition
Version: 6.4

Thanks for your inquiry.
I tested to load and read your sample PDF, but the exception you mentioned did not happen. Here I uploaded my simple demo which I used the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version: 6.4.11 (Spire.PDF.dll:6.4.11.2040, Spire.License.dll:1.3.8.40), please download and run it directly. If there is still any question or your testing code is different, please share it with us. And please share us with your system information (E.g. Win7, 64 bit) and region setting (E.g. China, Chinese) for reference.
