When every we create a PDF from from a word document that has "Kunstler Script" font in it the font in PDF shows as what looks like standard Arial font. We tried doc and docx file types both have this issue.

I installed the “Kunstler Script” font on my system and then simulated a word file to test your case, but did not reproduce your issue. Please make sure you have installed the " Kunstler Script " font on your system. If the problem persists after installing this font, please provide your input file and tell us your OS information and region setting (e.g. Win7 64bit, China/Chinese). You could upload your file here or send it to us([email protected]) via email.
