Issue: TOC is not updating.

We are using 10.7. with our existing licence for trial base. Should we need to buy a new licence for our production server to implement the 10.7 version or it will work with our existing licence.

Yes, with the purchase of a new license, you will receive one year of free updates. The new license will be valid for all versions released before the expiration of your current license, including version 10.7.
