We are using spire PDF to generate PDFs on our front end ICONICS GENESIS64 SCADA system. We are getting the following error even though this folder has full security and script permissions enabled on the IIS.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
According to the information you provided, I guess that your issue is caused by that your web project doesn't have a start page. Please refer to the online documentation. If my guess is wrong, please provide below detailed information to help us better investigate your issue.
1) Your testing code (a sample application would be of great help).
2) System configuration. E.g. Windows 7, 64-bit.
3) Language and region setting. E.g. China, Chinese
3) A screenshot shows your IIS setting .

Sincerely,
Nina

Hi Nina,

It actually has a start page. This executable needs to run when clicked on a button and it does when done directly in the SCADA application on the server but when it is published on the web page, it doesn't.

1. We are just linking the .exe to run when clicked on a button on our SCADA system.
2. Windows Server 2012
3. English, USA
4. Please let me know which IIS settings are you specifically looking for.

Thanks

Dear Rabib,

Thanks for your feedback and sorry for late reply as weekend.
I' am afraid that we can't locate the root of your issue without your sample application. You could send it to us via email [email protected]. Thanks in advance. In the meantime, please provide a screenshot shows the Advance settings of your IIS such as attached screenshot.

Sincerely,
Nina
