Hyperlink space issue while converting word to pdf

Hi,

We have a table with two columns in document under "Daily List of Documents" section where one column is having hyperlink. If one of hyperlink texts is bit long, lot of space is being taken in pdf for that whole column. it looks fine in document before converting to pdf.

Attached are the files showing up the issue.

can you please look into this?
