HTTP Calls to blacklist endpoint in our logging

We notice a lot of outgoing http calls to "api.e-iceblue.cn/blacklist" in our logging.
This happens in at least two of our applications.

We checked and the license key we use is the new one we received when renewing our license this year.

Can you share why this call is being made? And how we can prevent it?
