I am using the following Spire.Pdf code to convert an HTML string to an image (the string contains some Hebrew text).
- Code: Select all
HtmlConverter Converter = new HtmlConverter();
Image ResultImage = Converter.FromString(Source, ImageType.Metafile, Width);
This code is working on of our Windows 7 and Windows 2008 servers. But, on our Windows 2012 servers, it is throwing this mysterious exception:
Conversion Failed., stacktrace = at Spire.Pdf.HtmlConverter.HtmlConverter.GetImagesFromString(String html, String baseUrl, ImageType type) at Spire.Pdf.HtmlConverter.HtmlConverter.?(String A_0, ImageType A_1)
Is there something missing on Windows 2012 that might be causing this error? I am using the latest hotfix version 3.8.82. I also tried ImageType.Bitmap and it was the same result. Is there any way to get more information about why the conversion is failing? Please advise.
Thank you,
-Ed
