How to create table without data source

I'm looking for a sample to create a table without a data source.

I'd like to insert columns and rows manually. How to do that?

Thanks for your inquiry.
Actually, the pdf format is just a canvas where text and graphics are placed and without any structure information. Theoretically, PDF does not contain the table properties. Our Spire.PDF just programmatically draws the table shape on the PDF page. We don't support inserting columns and rows manually. Hope you can understand.
