How to convert images to searchable pdf ?

Hello Support,

We are using version 6.1.4.2041

We know how to convert images to pdf files(page.Canvas.DrawImage(pdfimage, new PointF(0, 0));...),
but don't know how to convert images to searchable pdf.

Does Spire.PDF support converting images to searchable pdf ?
If yes, what command should I use ?
