Help with exception

hi,

I am using a spire document that i have working on my local pc. But once i have built my project and install the program on my server when I try and view a document i get the following message.

"The type initializer for 'spr2988' threw an exception."

What does this mean? As i cannot replicate it on my local machine only on the server I have installed my program on.

Please check if the necessary references( Spire.Doc.dll, Spire.License.dll, Spire.Pdf.dll) are added or these references you added is correct.
If you still have issue, please offer us more information like your code snippet and sample docuemnt, etc. It would be helpful to replicate the issue and work out the solution for you ASAP.
