French "’" not writing

We are having issue with the french character

which is used in many words.

We tried with Courier font (bundled with Spire.PDF) and Helvetica in the default enum, without any change. Character just does not display but rather display a blank space.

Runtime: NET Core 2.1
Spire.PDF : 4.11.8

Thanks for your inquiry.
After an initial test with the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:5.3.8, I was unable to find your issue, the character was drawn successfully. I would suggest that you give the latest version a try, if the issue still happens, please provide below information to help us do further investigation.
1) Your full testing code.
2) Your OS information (E.g. Windows 7, 64bit) as well your Region and Language setting (E.g. France, French).
