FreeSpire.PDF package error

After installing the Freespire.pdf package on my .Net Core 2.1 project I have the following NuGet Dependencies error (which also causes error when trying to create a new PdfDocument):

package 'freespire.pdf 4.3.1' was restored using '.NETFramework, Version=v4.6.1' instead of the project target framework '.NETCoreApp, Version=v2.1'. This package may not be fully compatible with your project.

I had previously started using the Spire.pdf package but was getting the evaluation message at the start of my document.

According to the documentation Freespire.pdf is compatible with all .NET frameworks (but does not specifically mention .NET Core as the documentation for Freespire.doc does).

Has anyone encountered this message and have a solution?

Since I couldn't use FreeSpire PDF with .NET Core I have had to use another free package.
