I have installed the FreeSpire.Pdf (10.2.0) latest version into a .Net 8.0 application.

Locally its all working fine and I can use the SaveImageAs without any errors.

I am taking a PDF and converting it to an Image.

On pushing to a docker container and calling the same method I am getting the following error:

System.ArgumentException: create bitmap faild by argument

Has anyone had this issue before and if so how did you solve the docker container issue?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.
For Linux or Docker environment usage scenarios, please install FreeSpire.PDF and SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Linux.NoDependencies >= 1.68.0 directly via NuGet.
Please note that the free version lags behind the commercial version in terms of updates, with new features being prioritized for the commercial release first. We don't provide technical or any other support to the users of the free versions. Regarding your issue, you may update to our latest commercial version, Spire.PDF 11.8.0, through our website or by searching for "Spire.PDF for.netstandard" via NuGet (Please install the dependencies simultaneously SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Linux.NoDependencies >= 3.116.1) and test again.
If the issue still exists using commercial version, please provide us with your complete runnable code demo, your input files and dockerfile. This information will help us investigate your issue more accurately and offer an effective solution. You may upload the files as attachments or send them directly to my email: [email protected]. Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Talia
