Hello,

In the process of evaluating your product, I am seeing two formatting issues in the RTF to PDF conversion using "Spire.Doc" Version="7.6.5" under .net core 2.2.5.
The issues can be seen in the attached resulting PDF when compared to the attached source RTF.

Nuget information:

<PackageReference Include="Spire.Doc" Version="7.6.5" />

The code we are using is as follows:

var doc = new Spire.Doc.Document();
doc.LoadFromFile(rtfFileName, Spire.Doc.FileFormat.Rtf);
doc.SaveToFile(pdfFileName, Spire.Doc.FileFormat.PDF);

The issues are:

1) The address appears to be partially rendering at the bottom of page 1, instead of on three lines at the top of the page as intended. It is possible that the issue is being caused by the red evaluation banner at the top of the screen. If so, I would like to know how I can verify that this issue will not occur in a licensed version of the code before making our purchase.

2) Also, the following information should appear below the disclaimer in the footer at the bottom of page 2: Mr. Smith Page 2 1234567890

If there are code issues, I would like to have an estimate on how long it might take to fix these issues will take for correction for .net core 2.2.5 as we are in the process of evaluating your product and need to know this will be resolved before making a purchase decision.

Thanks,
Russel

Hello,

Thanks for your interests in our Spire.Doc.
Firstly, to help you evaluate our licensed version better and remove the evaluation warning message, our sales team has sent a temporary license(one month free) of Spire.Doc to your email. Please refer to the tutorial (How to Apply the License by license key) to apply your license.
Secondly, I regret to tell that the formatting issues still exist when testing with applying a valid license. This issues have been logged into our bug tracking system for further investigating and fixing.
In addition, sorry we can’t provide the estimate at this moment, our Dev team will work on your issues and I have requested them to share any available estimate at their earliest, if there is any good news, we will let you know immediately. Apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Lisa
