failed to convert PDF page to PNG

i followed this code sample from the website:




but it failed with...........

Failed to convert xx.pdf: ArguArg_ParamName_Name, index: at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentOutOfRange_IndexMustBeLessExcept
at Spire.Pdf.Widget.PdfPageCollection.spra(Int32) + 0x37
at Spire.Pdf.PdfDocumentBase.spra(Int32, Int32, Int32) + 0xd5
at Spire.Pdf.PdfDocument.SaveAsImage(Int32) + 0x69
at Spire.Pdf.AOT.NLPdfDocument.PdfDocument_SaveAsImage(IntPtr, Int32, IntPtr) + 0x52

pdf2image also has a problem with these large PDFs and cannot convert them. Any tips? Thank you

I used the latest version of Spire.PDF for Python for the initial test on Windows, but it did not reproduce your problem. If you were not using the latest version, I suggest that you give it a try first, if the issue still occurs, please provide your input PDF file as well as your test environment (e.g. Windows 10, Python 3.9) to help us further analyze your problem.
