ExtractText is much slower since v5.11.18

Since 5.11.18, for PDF containing some tables, ExtractText() is much slower than v5.11.2 and the earlier versions. All version from v5.11.8 to v5.12.15 had been tried.
Although the text formating is better in these new versions, but the speed slow down so much that old version is better to processing PDF a lot.

Is there any option for ExtractText() function which can speed it up like old versions(v5.11.2 and before) ?
