Evaluation Warning after installing Hotfix

Hey guys.
I have today installed the latest hotfix.
After this I always get this "Evaluation Warning: The version can be used only for evaluation purpose..." on my documents.
I haven't changed anything on my license file license.elic.xml and its expiration date is 2019-01-30.
With my to savety copied old .dlls everything works fine without warning.

With a new license file the problem is solved.
