1. Based on your previous post, I noticed that you were using our old version：5.4.14，our latest version is Spire.Doc for Java Version:10.11.6 now, it includes more bug fixes and new features. Your license is valid for this version. Thus, you can free upgrade to this version.
2. On your JBoss EAP 7.4 environment, please also make sure that you invoked this code (com.spire.license.LicenseProvider.setLicenseKey("............here goes the license.................");) before using our product, it means that this code needs to be invoked before "new Document()" as my previous screenshot.
