Error while decrypting padding block

I am evaluating Spire.PDF (v3.2.52.56041) using VS2017. I recieved the following exception while attempting to read a form filler PDF.

System.ArgumentException occurred
HResult=0x80070057
Message=Error while decrypting padding block
Source=<Cannot evaluate the exception source>the following exception

Thanks for your post. I can read your attached PDF. To help us look into the issue, would you please share us with your full code?

            PdfDocument document = new PdfDocument();
            document.LoadFromFile(@"FL140.pdf");


On the other hand, you could have a try with the full version of Spire.Pdf(Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.10).
