Error loading pdf when displaying pdf in new tab

Hi

I am currently running spire pdf to generate a pdf on the backend and return it to the client. My company has purchased a full license of the product. On my development machine everything works fine and the pdf gets displayed on the new tab. However, in the stage environment server, when running the exact same feature causes a "Failed to load PDF document" modal window to appear. Could you please let me know what might be the root cause of this?

This may be permission issue, please make sure the permission on the server. If the issue still persists, please provide us the codes you used to display the PDF. That would be very helpful to investigate this issue.
