DrawString language

Hello,
i am trying to use function void PdfCanvas.DrawString() to print czech words and letters like č,š,ě,ř and so on. This doesn't seem to be working. I tried searching your support pages and tutorial, but none of them helped me. Is there any solution?

Thanks for your inquiry.
I used following code with the latest Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:5.8.16 to test your case, and didn't notice any issue.

Code: Select all

            PdfDocument doc = new PdfDocument();
            PdfPageBase page = doc.Pages.Add();
            Rectangle rec = new Rectangle(new Point(10,20), new Size(300,300));
            PdfTrueTypeFont font = new PdfTrueTypeFont(new Font("Arial Unicode MS", 10.0F, FontStyle.Regular), true);
            page.Canvas.DrawString("č,š,ě,ř", font, PdfBrushes.Black, rec);
            doc.SaveToFile("18780.pdf");

Could you please provide the code you were using and point out what is your issue?
