Docx template documents for Invoices

Hello there
We have inherited an application that is using Spire to convert Word documents (as templates) for our Invoices. The templates have bookmarks to control where the data is to be replaced from the database.

If the Word template has a colour theme and images in the header how do we keep those themes and images in the final document as these seem to disappear after the data has been inserted. The code is saving the final document as a PDF to be sent via email.

The code below is how the application is currently inserting the data...

Thanks for your feedback.
We have done some similar test with your template and Spire.Doc4.9.42, and it works fine, please download and test Spire.Doc4.9.42(http://www.e-iceblue.com/Download/downl ... t-now.html) . If the issue still exist, could you please provide us your full test code if convenience? It would be helpful to reproduce the issue you experienced and work out the solution for you ASAP.
