Culture Name: en-PL is not supported culture

Hi

When I create PdfDocument by default constructor (free version, 2.6.3) I get the error: "Culture Name: en-PL is not supported culture".

Code: Select all: PdfDocument pdf = new PdfDocument();

I would suggest that you download the latest commercial version Spire.PDF for Java Version:3.4.2 to try again, which contains more fixes and is more stable than the free version. If the issue still happens after trying, please provide the following information to help us further investigate your issue. Thanks in advance.
1) Your testing environment, such as OS info (E.g. Linux Centos7) and Region setting (E.g. China, Chinese)
2) Your JDK version, e.g. JDK 1.8.0
3) Will this issue occur in other computers?
