Convert PDF (blank file)

If this attached file is converted with specific conditions specified, an blank file will be output.
this method we use is below.

the version we use:
Spire.PDF ver 9.6

Method:
var image = PdfDocument.SaveAsImage(0, Spire.Pdf.Graphics.PdfImageType.Bitmap, 600, 600);
image.Save(filename);

The case of converting correctly:
200,300,400,700,800,900,1000,1100 and 1200 dpi

The case of converting blank file:
500,600dpi

We would like to convert correctly files (not blank), what should I do to convert the file to get correct it?
Under what case would it turn blank file?

To investigate this matter further, I have conducted a test using a console application based on the information you provided. However, I was unable to reproduce the problem as the results were consistently correct. Please refer to the attached image showing the test results.

In order to assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you provide us with additional information regarding your project( such as Console App .NET 4.8 ). In addition, you can upgrade to the latest version (Spire.PDF_9.7.0). Any other details or steps to reproduce the issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your assistance.

Spire.PDF was released new version, so we are going to try to update 9.9 to 9.7.
I understand the result, so if possible, could you please remove the pasted image of the receipt?
