Thanks for the follow up. However, this issue was reported over a month ago and is causing serious client issues on our end.

Please elevate this issue to the highest priority.

Thanks for your reply.
Since you are a paid support user, the issue was logged with the top highest priority. Our developer had tried to fix this issue, the position of image is correct now, but the position of the text under the image has slightly moved down. You can update the new version via Nuget and have a test, the Spire.Doc can upgrade separately even if you are using Spire.Office. Please rest assured that our dev team is still working hard on this remaining issue. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

same here, too.
I am also having the same problem using the Spire.Doc product version of 11.1.5.3040.
Doc format is perfectly fine by generation with Spire.Doc, but after converting to PDF, some half-images are missing inside.
