Cloning doument object

If the Document object is cloned does that object need Closed to be called on it or when it goes out of scope will it be cleanned up? subsiquetnly will the cloned Document hold a lock on the physical file?

I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused by us and keeping you waititng a long time.
About your problem,we have fixed.For the first issue,when will call on the Document object is cloned doesn't need to closed .For the second issue,the time is not sure that it will be cleanned up when the Document object is cloned goes out of scope. For the last issue,the cloned Document doesn't hold a lock on the physical file when it is loading(for example use LoadFromFile()).
