Capturing graphics path length

Hi there,
I am trying to find the length of a drawn image, is this something E-Iceblue can do?
Let say a user send me a PDF of a heart or star, I need to capture the length of that drawn line. I've been looking all over for a tool that can do this but haven't had any luck.
