Can Spire PDF.Net secure pdfs with a password?

This is a pre-sales question. I have a requirement to:

1) Search and replace text (Company name)
2) Search for a placeholder and insert image (Company Logo)
3) Secure the resulting pdf with a password so it can't be changed
4) Read form fields from a pdf.

Can Spire PDF.net do these things?

2) Sorry that Spire.PDF doesn't support this.

Re #2, Placing an image in the pdf is a requirement. Does Spire.pdf allow another method of placing an image/logo in pdf?
