ArgumentNullException when LoadFromFile

Greetings, i'm using Spire.Pdf free license, it's works fine except for a Pdf file that makes this ArgumentNullException:

"Parameter name: parent is null"

Here my code:

doc.LoadFromFile(fileName)

It's crash at LoadFromFile. I'm using Framework .NET 3.5.

At present the latest version of Spire.PDF is Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.6.20, please try it.

If the issue still exists, please provide us your pdf file.

Thanks, but it doesn't work. I've used the new 3.6.20 DLL provided but the error still persists. I've put my Pdf file on attachment.

Sorry if i resume this post. By i have another System.NullReferenceException with another file PDF. I've already try the latest hot fix 3.6.135.

On attachment there is my Pdf file.

I tested your new pdf file with Spire.Pdf 3.6.135 for .net4.0, but didn't reproduce your issue. The pdf was loaded successfully.
Would you please tell us your system environment?

Spire Pdf free license (limited to 10 pages).

Also i've investigated, the Exception raise at .SaveAsImage method. Here my code and Stack trace:

Thanks for your waiting. There is an update on your issue.
The exception at .SaveAsImage method has been resolved by new version(Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.6.167). But there are some text in converted images are not correct, sorry, our dev team will fix the issue. We will inform you when the issue is fixed.
Besides, sorry that at present our Spire.PDF doesn't support U3D feature, so the right graph of the following picture will not be converted.
