Hi,

My focus areas are Spire.pdf and PPT-to-PDF converter. I am writing a few APIs using Spire dlls. I would be deploying those APIs on multiple servers, and I expect many users to use that API.

Is there any limitation on the licensing of the number of users or number of servers? Also, is there any expiration date for a license about which we need to be aware of? Please specify all possible details you can think of.

I also noticed that this is a subscription based license. I was hoping if you have a package for Perpetual license.

Thank you!

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.
There is no limitation on the number of the number of users, only limitation on the number of servers. If all of the production servers are located at 1 geography location, they will be counted as 1 deployment location. Otherwise, they will be treated as multiple deployment locations.
For more information, please check this link: https://www.e-iceblue.com/Misc/purchase-policies.html

The license is perpetual. Once you purchased a license file, it's yours forever and you can continue to use it as long as it's useful for you. The 1 year subscription enables free updates and prior technical support for 1 year, after it expires, you can still use the licensed version of the product to deploy applications, only the product updates are no longer available.

More questions about purchase, you could contact our sales team([email protected]).

Sincerely,
Betsy
