405 not allowed errors from Maven in our CI pipelines.

Hello,

When trying to build an application using Github Actions, I am getting an HTTP 405 Not Allowed errors:

Code: Select all: Caused by: org.apache.maven.shared.transfer.dependencies.resolve.internal.Maven31DependencyResolverException: org.eclipse.aether.resolution.DependencyResolutionException: The following artifacts could not be resolved: e-iceblue:spire.xls:jar:x.x.x (absent): Could not transfer artifact e-iceblue:spire.xls:jar:x.x.x from/to com.e-iceblue (https://repo.e-iceblue.com/nexus/content/groups/public/): status code: 405, reason phrase: Not Allowed (405)

According to a post from a few days ago [1], it seems like there is a WAF that is blocking Github Actions from pulling this dependency.

I would appreciate your help resolving this issue. Thank you

Thank you for your post,
How are your project build files set up? Is it directly using. com or directly downloading. jar? If so, you need to use the following address to obtain it.
https://repo.e-iceblue.com/repository/maven-public/e-iceblue/spire.xls/16.7.3/spire.xls-16.7.3.pom
https://repo.e-iceblue.com/repository/maven-public/e-iceblue/spire.xls/16.7.3/spire.xls-16.7.3.jar

If there are still issues, please provide more setting references. Thanks in advance

The project is a SpringBoot application. In the `pom.xml` we define the e-iceblue repository

and include the dependency later on:

This exact code works fine when building locally using `mvn clean install`

Running this exact same command inside of my Github Actions, it fails with HTTP 405:

At the same time, you can also run it directly on your end to check. If there are no problems, please confirm again whether you have any other configuration impacts. You can provide us with your complete configuration for reference.
