Hi we have a question regarding converting docx files to pdf files.
I encounter font issues on Linux that are different from Windows. The current font on Windows is "times new roman". And the fontsize is different between Linux and Windows

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input and would like to address the issue you encountered.

To ensure proper rendering of the document, please make sure that the fonts used in the document are installed on your Linux system. If the fonts specified in the document are not installed in the Linux environment, our product will attempt to find similar fonts as substitutes. This may be the underlying cause of the issue you are currently facing.

If you have already installed the required fonts and the problem persists, we kindly request you to provide us with your test document, test code, and information about the Linux distribution you are using. You can share them with us via email (support@e-iceblue.com) or attach them here. By examining these details, we can further investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your cooperation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

Best regards,
Triste
