Spire.PDFViewer 2.12.60 fixes the issue that VertialScroll.Visible property didn’t work

We're pleased to announce that Spire.PDFViewer 2.12.60 is released today. This version fixes the issues that VertialScroll.Visible property failed to work and some document elements were not displayed.

• Fixes the issue where the VerticalScroll.Visible property didn't work.
