Spire.PDF 3.9.493 fixes the issue that action chain failed to work

We're glad to announce that the hotfix version of Spire.PDF 3.9.493 is released today. This update mainly fixes 4 bugs listed as follows.

• Fixes the issue that the text was rotated when filling textbox field.
