Spire.DocViewer 3.3.0 fixes the issue that the scroll bar can’t be rolled when viewing file

Bug fixes:

• Fixes the issue that caused the "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection." exception when quickly loading file again.
• Fixes the issue that the scroll bar can’t be rolled when viewing file.
