Spire.Spreadsheet 3.10.0 fixes the tab display problem

We're pleased to announce the release of Spire.Spreadsheet 3.10.0. This update includes two fixes related to tab display problem and one property adjustment. More details are given below.

Adjustment:

• Changes the defualt value of the "Locked" property of a cell from false to true.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixes the issue that only the last sheet tab is displayed when dragging horizontal bar.
• Fixes the issue that all sheet tabs still are not displayed completely when the SpreadSheet window is wide enough.
