PDF to Docx Lost headings tags

Hi

I'm using the Spire.PDF library to convert a PDF in DOCX.
The word file that is generated lost all the tag for the titles (Heading1, 2 etc)

This is intended or it's a sort of bug?

Right now I've found only 1 library that can convert correctly the file. But this mean that is possible.
