Thanks Jane, I believe the issue is corrected, yes. I will ask Mubasher to let you know if that is not the case or if there are further issues. Thanks for all your help.

Hi Jane

thanks for the update , we have tested the latest build , all the mentioned issues have been resolves.

But we are facing a new bug, when we convert the pdf into images all the data is displaying correctly but the signature image (which is inserted by us) in the pdf is not placed correctly although in the pdf it show correctly. (the issue is only when we convert the pdf to image).

I have attached the sample pdf and the image we created using spire pdf wpf . we have also tested in older version of spire.pdf.wpf (v3.9.462) and this problem is not there.

Your quick response and fix will be highly appreciated.

Regards

Hi Jane - I really appreciate all of your help, however this process has now continued for several weeks of fixes and new problems and it is becoming very detrimental to our client relationship and ability to add new clients to our product. We REALLY need to get this resolved and behind us. Can you please let me know where you stand in the process (is it resolved, but in testing?) and when you expect this hotfix to release? Hopefully this week. We are in the unfortunate position where we can't wait much longer.

Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.
When doing the first test, we got the signature displacement issue resolved, yet encountered the text overlapping issue again. Then, our dev team found a solution on that and we will soon have our second test. If everything goes well, we will plan the release.

Sincerely,
Jane

Hello,

Greetings from e-iceblue!
Glad to inform that the signature displacement issue has got resolved in the hotfix Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.9.538. However, we found the uppermost form field was lost in the splitted small pdfs, and our dev team is looking for a solution for that. Once it is fixed, I will let you know.
So sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Jane

Thanks for your post and Merry Christmas!
I just heard from our dev team that they had got an insight on the issue, yet the process is still underway. Apologize for the delay.
I would urge our dev team to quicken their pace. Thanks for your understanding.
