workbook.LoadFromFile Error

Hi Support Team,

I have a simple xlsx file. When I execute: workbook.LoadFromFile("template.xlsx"); the function never returns.
The file was original created using spire.xls and then changed in Microsoft Office - latest release.

I am using:
Licensed Spire.Office 7.7.6

Find attached the excel file

I hope you can help me out here!

I have reproduced this issue using the sample file you attached and logged it in our bug tracking system with the ticket SPIREXLS-4069. I will notify you in time when there is any good news about it. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
