When flattening the form formatting is lost

When I flatten the form all field formatting is lost, i have a column that is formatted in currency format R xxx,000 , but when i flatten the pdf using doc.form.isflatten = true then the field goes back to what I primed it which is 123, before flattening the field shows correct R 123,000.

Thanks for your inquiry.
I tested the scenario on my side with the latest hotfix(Spire.PDF Pack(Hot Fix) Version:3.9.511)and got the result 123000. Anyway, I have logged the issue into our bug tracking system. Once there's any update, I will let you know.

After a thorough investigation, our dev team found the format could not be maintained at present. Since the format for the form field is set by the JS function, yet our Spire.Pdf doesn't support the parsing of JS function, the issue could't be resolved in a short time. We will continue looking for other approaches, once there's any update in the future, I will notify you.
