TOC Error in chapter numbering

Hi,

I am facing a problem inserting a TOC on my document.
If my chapters stops for example at VI, my TOC will start at VII.
Once the document is opened with word later, I right click on the TOC, update it and it works fine. But it is a problem for me because I have to send it from my website.
