Thanks for your inquiry.
Spire.Xls doesn’t provide a ready-made template. If you want to create report from an existing template, you need first to create manually template with MS Excel.

Thanks for your response. I can create template using Excel but my question is, How Spire.XLS recognise the markups and parse them with required data model. Please explain more as i did not find any tutorials to work on templates. This is one of our requirement so please suggest if we can go with Spire.XLS or not.
