Hi Santhoshi,

Thanks for your reply. Sorry to reply late for weekend.
I have logged the issues you mentioned in the first post(while converting your Word file to Pdf file) into our bug tracking system, also some other issues I noticed have been added into it too. But I didn't notice the issue "the italic content looks to be not displaying in Arabic when saved from Word to Pdf" you mentioned. Could you please tell me the detailed information about this issue?

Best wishes,
Amber

Hi Amber,

Do you have any update on this? It's been very long and we would appreciate if you can provide atleast some timeline on this? I hope you understand we are waiting for this fix for some urgent matters and this has taken too long already.

The first question the users are raising is when is the ETA and it's getting impossible for us to wait on this product without a timeline.

Thanks,
Santhoshi.

Dear Betsy,

We are still waiting on the original issues reported (few of them are fixed but not all) with Arabic language. Could you please provide any update on this?

Hello,

Greetings from E-iceblue, our latest version includes optimizations related to this issue. Please use the latest version (Spire. Doc 13.1.4) in net4.8 or above frameworks to test according to the following code. If you have any other questions, just feel free to write back.
Code: Select all
     Document document = new Document();
     document.LoadFromFile(@"in.Docx");
