Table headings ar mixed up when tables are one after another

We have encountered the following issue:
We have added tables one after another, each has its own headings, but the result is that the headings are mixed up.
For example:
First page:
T1H1 T1H2 T1H3
t1v1.1 t1v1.2 t1v1.3
t1v2.1 t1v2.2 t1v2.3
t1v3.1 t1v3.2 t1v3.3
t1v4.1 t1v4.2 t1v4.3

T2H1 T2H2 T2H3
t2v1.1 t2v1.2 t2v1.3
t2v2.1 t2v2.2 t2v2.3
Second Page:
T1H1 T1H2 T1H3
t2v3.1 t2v3.2 t2v3.3
t2v4.1 t2v4.2 t2v4.3
