spire.xls license showing 'Evaluation Warning'

Hi Team,

We are getting 'Evaluation Warning' with the Spire.xls license file in our .Net Core Project.

We have the license of Spire.XLS (8.6) which was expired on 2019-08-14. we are using this license for .NET Core 3.1 application which was deployed on azure web apps with version 8.6.6 but it is still showing 'Evaluation Warning'.
