Spire.PDFViewer Could not Load Pdf

Hi,
I am using free pdfviewer and when i loadfilefrom(filepath), the viewer displays could not load file . but when i copy the path and paste in my windows explorer i am able to open pdf . which mean i have the pdf in the sepcified location but why i am not able to view it in pdfviewer ?
