Hello

Thanks for your inquiry.

Below are my answers to your questions.
#1&#2: Kindly note that our products are not open sources. Each product has both paid and free versions, like on nuget the Spire.XLS has paid version (Spire.XLS 10.10.6) and free version (FreeSpire.XLS 10.10.0). Both of them can work for commercial and personal use. The difference between them is the former need to apply a valid license, otherwise it will generate evaluation warning on generated file. The latter is totally free without any evaluation, but it has limitations on 5 sheets per workbook and 200 rows per sheet. This limitation is enforced during reading or writing XLS or PDF files. From Free Spire.XLS v7.8, there is no any limitation when loading and saving .xlsx file format. When converting Excel files to other formats, such as PDF/XPS/Images, you can only get the first 3 pages of PDF/XPS/Images. Similarly for other components like Spire.Office and Spire.PDF...

#3: The FreeSpire.PDF 6.10.6 on nuget is our free version, it has no evaluation warning, please share your testing code for our reference. Then we will look into it and help you out.

Marcia
